Dokes had very fast hands, shame he couldn't put it all together, his problems outside of the ring definitely didn't help.

I picked Holyfield by KO myself. Holyfield was the man back in the day. Holyfield could have taken any Haye punch with ease.

Great body puncher too. He and Evander gave us one of the best Heavyweight fights in the last 20 years for sure.

The first fight with Mike Weaver will always be one of the most bizarre Heavyweight moments too. Just a bad, bad stoppage. Weaver wasn't really throwing back, but damn it was way too early to call a halt to that fight.

Yeah, Dokes-Holyfield was a great fight, doesn't get mentioned much but that was an all out war.

I agree about the Weaver fight, Weaver was stunned but he wasn't that badly hurt and not many of Dokes' punches got through when Weaver was on the ropes, very premature stoppage.

he was light, but he never came across as small. He was sort of like Ken Norton, small waist and in excellent shape. Ken weighed in at what 210-212? and he never looked small.

Anyways, Holyfield is way to good for Haye, I think Holyfield is even quicker.

He's small for the era, Norton fought in the era where heavyweights were normally 6'3 and weighed about 220, Holyfield fought in the era where the big guys became really big, guys like Rid**** Bowe and Lennox Lewis were 6'5 or 6'6 and routinely weighed in at 230+. Not to say Holyfield didn't fight his fair share of smallish heavyweights.

I just Private Message David Haye, who posts on these boards, to see who he voted for: he voted for Evander by KO.

                    David's an honest guy.

The Real Deal destroys china chin Haye around 8. Haye is not in the same universe as The Real Deal at Cruiser. He's not even better than Juan Carlos Gomez or James Toney at Cruiser
