If you were going to create a perfect fighter to beat Haye, I think he'd resemble Holyfield quite a bit.

E.H. hands down to much power and granite chin.

Holyfield stops Haye. A huge counter right hand puts Haye in bad shape and a series of punches forces the ref to step in and stop it.

Pretty much. Power in both hands, great stamina, a solid chin and unbelievable toughness.

I have a hard time believing Haye would be able to deal with a guy like Qawi.

Holyfield at his best at cruiserweight would have knocked Haye out.

Holyfield was only what, 205 for quite a bit beating the hell out of top HWs? Hell the Dokes EH beat at that weight would give Haye all he needed.

Yeah, he was a very small heavyweight for the modern era, the success he had there was great. Dokes vs Haye would have been a great fight, all action in that one.

Yeah Dokes had very good hand speed for a HW, I was really hoping for him and Holmes to go at it.
