Holy was a machine and had a GREAT chin. He would beat the **** out of Haye. It would be exciting as hell though.

Gotta go with Holyfield. A healthy Holyfield had one of the greatest chins of all time and power to match (hard to say who has more between these two as of yet). Haye's chin would tell the tale in this one.

Dokes was a very quick fighter he had great hand speed i remember watching his fight against James Pritchard where just before he got the KO he let go with an amazing 5-6 punch combo. The Weaver fight was a bit of a bad stoppage but it was not the worse i have seen Weaver had been down and was hurt a bit, Weave should have thrown a punch back but it was a poor stoppage not as bad as Calzaghe Manfredo though.

Holyfield KO, Haye has enough power to maybe even stun Holyfield but there is no way i would bet against Holyfield in this fight.
