Froch's win over Pascal is better than anything Kessler has done. How can any of you disagree with that? Resume is GOOD WINS not CLOSE LOSSES. In terms of opposition, yeah Kessler's is better but he LOST.

Zab Judah had uncanny ability and look where he is. We don't rate on potential. We rate on results.

It doesn't matter where they're from. If they suck, they suck. By beating Jeff Lacy, Jermain Taylor has a better resume at 168 than Kessler does.

Well then if we're looking at results, he unified the WBC and WBA titles in his division

How the hell is beating an unproven sloppy Pascal better than anything Kessler has done? Like Addition said, you made a case until you said that. It's not even remotely close to being true.

Jean Pascal?? Andrade would walk through that guy and knock his ass out. I saw Pascal struggle with a journeyman on ESPN.

Give me one good win from Kessler. Just one that made you think he was in the top 30 in the world. He might be top 30, but he has never done anything to prove it or even come close.

Except that Judah still had people rating him before the fight with Clottey.

On the one hand you talk about why people rate him highly, and then switch to talking about why he has a fanbase.

It is possible to rate someone highly without being a fan, and vice versa.

Anyway, IMO, wins over Andrade and Mundine are better than wins over Pascal and a Polish brick layer.

I don't think that too many people rate Kessler highly. Sure, some pick him to beat Taylor, but no one is arguing that he belongs on a P4P list or anything silly like that.

Beating a shot Lacy isn't as impressive as beating Andrade or Mundine. Lacy was lucky to last the distance in his previous fight on ESPN.
