HW- Ali, Foreman
CW-Holyfield, Toney
LHW Jones Jr, Spinks
SMW-Jones Jr, Toney, Calzaghe(ATG SMW but not ATG fighter)
MW Hagler, Hopkins
LMW- DLH(Give me **** if you want he always fought the best)
WW- SRL all day

I can go into lower weights but Im getting tired of typing.

These are only fighters Ive seen enough of to rate I havent seen enough of SRR to rate him or many other fighter there are other ATGs I didnt mention but I do consider the fighter above ATGs

and who was he going to fight at 135? did you want him to rule it against a bunch of nobodies? You do realize that you wouldnt have seen the 2 showtime top fighters of the time against Mayweather (maybe Casa when older, but what was the point then?)

Arum did not want Cotto anywhere near Floyd at 140 (not surprisingly, since he was either unexperienced or weight drained). Hatton turned down Mayweather at 140.

He never ruled a long time over a division or won belts from the best guys at all of his weight classes, hes great I admit it but he doesnt have one thing that says WOW I'll even cionsider Baldomir the best when he beat him but MAyweather is leagues ahead of Baldo in skill and it didnt show in the fight boring ass decision win I dont have a problem with a UD but make it interesting

He could have did what Clazaghe did when he knew he couldnt beat the best at 175 stay and beat nobodies but rule forever then beat up Cotto and them when they were older and not quite as good but still good. Im not saying they wanted him at 140 but if they didnt he shouldnt have jumped to 147 unless he was intent on fighting the best
