like the saying we have in Philipino, "maraming namamatay sa akala" (many have died from speculation). It's a good thing Oscar is ok and all he got was a serving of humility. I wonder how many people lost their houses betting on this. Like Pacman always asserts, "only God knows who is going to be the winner". Im sure Pacmans courage is drawn from his deep faith in that he does his best and leaves everything to God and credits God for everything. He is truly a great example of humility.

That's the way to fight Pac. If you're not as strong as he is with a good chin to go chest to chest with him than you need to box with angles. Marquez did that and deserved the win. Pacquiao didn't even have that extreme aggression with Marquez because he was thrown off a bit by waiting to be counterpunched. Marquez hits hard enough and precise enough to make him think twice. Granted he did get dropped in the 2nd round but you didn't see Pac jump all over him because he knows there's a punch that is waiting for him. It was a good and close fight but Marquez deserved the victory and earned it because Pacquiao was thrown off his typical game plan. If they fight a 3rd time Pac should win though because Marquez is getting up in age and that could be a major factor if they should fight a 3rd fight. Especially because it wouldn't happen anytime soon. Hell, even the people in the Phillipines gave Marquez a standing ovation when he went there to see Pac because they knew that he fought a great fight.
WTF!Marquez hits hard enough? that's why he knocked down 4 times from pacman??? It was a good and close fight but Marquez deserved the victory.. And NOT deserve by Pacman??? But No nO No!!! Marquez has lost to Pacman! Nothing more we could do about it. That's now written in the boxing history! Besides if there's some flaws from pacman defense, these was before, Pacman is very different now and any time they would fight from now on, Marquez would be pulverized!

I know, as I said, it wasn't about money for Oscar, but Jesus Christ, I don't feel ONE BIT sorry for him. It's the fight game and on any given night, well, we saw. Oscar should hang them up, I didn't want to see him in this fight and I CERTAINLY don't wanna see him after this. GG Oscar.
I wonder if he feels it was worth the money, i know 50 mill should make anyone feel good but I dont know if he will this time, not so mush for the beating but rather its the massive humiliation that has to hurt the most.

pacquiao made weight at 130, looked very thin and weak..he came to fight at 146...he was weigh drained. At 140 or 147 I can't really see Marquez winning.
