You make way more in the NFL or NBA and won't suffer long-term damage other than maybe knees being blown out.

NFL players end up with plenty of longterm damage.

americans with slavic roots were allowed to box alleways and they suckt, just watch pavlik getting beat by an black american. conclusion is americans suck , slavic americans , italian americans , afro americans. People who were born and raised in europe are superior so there is no reason for u to feel proud about east europeans dominating cause u remain an inferior american

And to the OP, that is the lamest excuse ever.

Football and basketball skills don't translate to boxing skills in any way, shape or form.
I suppose. ALi was middle class and he liked to fight. Me personally, i'm border line both. I was a knucklehead, but i also like to fight.

nobody I know wanst to box. Its cats I know that like boxing, but no one who wants to pursue. They rather play basketball or football. Boxing is too long of a process, and with the way the promoters are today, it would be even longer. Boxing isnt in like it used to be. There is no figure like Mike Tyson, Roy Jones, Holyfield. Boxing doesnt sell itself to average American. Its mostly carried by the ppl thats been carrying it foe the past 5 years.

Also I would like to add to the fact that, even though the East Europeans are running the heavyweight division, they arent transcending it. They arent great, not a one of them. They could fight each other for the next 10 years, and no one would care. The Heavyweight division is not what it used to be, and it's because boxing doesnt sell itself to the best athletes in the world, and right here in the great U.S. OF A.
