          nah, marg and cotto have to be top 5 WWs, otherwise the mag loses all credibility

                The Cotto ranking makes sense to me. Williams moved out of Welterweight and Cotto was three so he simply slid up. I don't see the problem there. Fighters don't usually get ranked in multiple divisions. Paul is going to have to prove he means this division jumping before that'll change by going back and forth repeatedly. What is confusing is why Shane jumped Clottey. I'd say beating Judah is a little better than Mayorga, and Mayorga wasn't even at welter. I think we've found our first Golden Boy corruption in The Ring ladies and gents.
