Because he had a close fight with Floyd is a lame excuse. Floyd coudnt even make 154, he was 150. he is not a JMW. And before that what DLH did in that division. And Williams wasnt even ranked at JMW to be #2, It doesnt matter is he beat the #2 guy. Guys like Santos, Martinez,ect,ect, should be higher for now!!!!

He's been in the ratings since KOing Mayorga, maybe even before that, but if he left the ratings when "beating strum", then he most certainly returned when KOing Mayorga. When he fought Floyd, he was ranked 6. Then it was like that afterwards, but people kept losing/left the division, so he automatically moved up.
