If Paul Williams decides to use his height advantage and his southpaw stance properly, he'll be a nightmare for Mayweather. I still think that Mayweather can pull off a victory however.

Mayweather would annihilate Williams. It's a perfect matchup for Mayweather, he would counter and tag Williams all night long, and wouldn't let him do any significant damage in short range either, he would pot shot him from long range too. Williams doesn't have a jab good enough to give problems to PBF. Complete mismatch IMO.

This is my opinion and I am creating this poll to get everyones thoughts on the subject, if the fight were to happen.

I got Williams by a comfortable UD.

(as long as he doesn't fight like he did in Quintana I)
Before the Quintana fight, I though PWill had a very good CHANCE at beating Mayweather, but after the fight I think it would be a total missmatch.

Before you bring up the 2nd fight........ I'm not a very big fan of 1st round KOs. It didn't prove that he could not be outboxed again, and we can all agree that he aint KOing mayweather.

Hold up right there. Floyds workrate is nowhere near Williams'. No way, no how he does anything of the sort. If Paul were to lose, it would not be a one sided fight. PW is very physical at the weight and throws combinations. No way Floyd has a easy time with it. As a matter of fact I would seriously doubt he would come out of retirement to fight him for almost any dollar amount.

Mayweather will NOT outland or KO Williams, so it's going to be very hard to just pot shot him. You act as if Williams is slow and has a short reach. The Quintana fight is a fluke and Paul proved that in spades. The 1st round KO was what happens when Paul is motivated. Something was wrong in the first fight, kinda like Pavlik experienced against B-hop. (no, I'm not saying that Kelly could beat B-hop in a rematch) But he would def. do considerably better than the first fight. Take it easy.

I'm disappointed in the poll results.

Carlos Quintana outboxed and embarrassed Williams.

Mayweather is better defensively, more accurate, more elusive and is smarter than Quintana.

                    I give Williams NO chance.

Ive seen "embarassments"... that WASN'T an embarassment... his worst performance? Yes... Embarassment? No... and he couldnt of had any better answer then a 1st round KO in the rematch.

                      Now THAT'S an embarassment.
