    Hopkins fights smaller guys.

The same reason you're trying to discredit Tony.

It also doesn't hurt that he's bigger then every other welterweight
    lol @ the self ownage.

Even Cal had to move up in weight lol. Name all the smaller guys DLH has faced?? Are those his greatest wins like BHop??

Well considering Floyd and Mosley both beat him when they moved up in weight to fight him....no you can't say they were his biggest wins because he lost.

Obviously you're missin the point, I never said Hopkins never fought a smaller guy with him i said he had the balls to MOVE UP and face the best Light Heavyweight and decisively beat him something Margarito has yet to do, He only moved up one weight class and found out he couldnt use his size advantage so he ran right back down. And self ownage? You forgot to put the rest of the quote, I bet you did that by accident huh? Obviously you pick and choose what you want and what benefits your boyfriend Margarito but yes i said that Paul Williams should probably be fighting a division higher then welterweight but i also said at least he has went up in weight something your boy Margarito refuses to do and for good reason because he doesnt have the skill to fall back on when he doesnt have the s ize disadvantage that he has at welterweight.

So Antonio Margarito is not as great as Bernard Hopkins. Big deal.

                Missing the point?

Look at the title of your thread.

Nobody is claiming Tony to be anything more than one of this eras best welters.

anyone who does is simply foolish.

You're just a hating ass clown.

Ok so according to your "logic" then Paul Williams is one of the best Welterweights of his Era since he beat Margarito.

I have no problem saying hes one of the best right now.

I'd still like to see him take on Clottey and Cotto at the very least. But his W over Tony keeps him near the top because of who Tony has beat.

FYI, based on that fight, and Paul having had problems with Quintana,

I don't have a clear cut case for the number 1 welter, which is why I'd like to see Tony Paul II.

Any other corner you'd like to try to paint me in?
