    Margarito gets too much credit...

Ok YES he has a great win against Cotto I'll give him that. But come on the guy isn't that great of a fighter the way his fans are making him out to be. He has a GREAT chin and GREAT stamina that's about it. It also doesn't hurt that he's bigger then every other welterweight other then Paul Williams. And actually he's probably bigger then Paul Williams if you're comparing his body because he's very thick. Paul Williams is skinny as hell but just very tall. He talks about Mayweather a guy who fought 5 DIVISIONS below Welterweight to start his career saying he's ducking him yet he won't fight a guy who defeated him. Lets be honest.. Margarito doesn't have the skill to move up 2 weight classes and be successful.. Hell I dont even think he can beat Angulo at 154 right now! He depends on his size and strength over his opponents the same way Hatton depends on his size and strength over his opponents at 140. And isnt it funny that his biggest win is against a guy that moved UP from 140? Margarito should stop running his mouth unless he moves up a division or 2 and stops beating up on smaller guys and claiming he's the most feared man in boxing.

      Yea, I agree TS.

I mean, why should we give any credit to a guy who has consistently fought the best welters year in and year out.

He would be better off fighting the jr. welterweight champion instead.

No he'd get more credit for moving up a division or 2 like all the other good fighters do, Cotto did it, Paul Williams is doing it, Hatton at least did it, Pac did it, Mosley did it, Delahoya did it, Trinidad did it, Winky Wright did it, hopkins did it, alot of good fighters did it but this guy gets major credit for camping out at a division he probably shouldnt even be in beating up on smaller guys and you guys give him godly praise. It's crazy to me.

Well he can be a great WELTERWEIGHT. But he'll never be a great BOXER and his name wont be mentioned in the same sentences as Delahoya, Mosley, Hopkins, Roy Jones Jr, Floyd Mayweather, Trinidad, Mosley, and so on and so forth. A great WELTERWEIGHT probably, but not a great BOXER.

Nobody is calling him an ATG.

So what is your point really other than to try and **** on the guy because you're a Williams stan?
