No in the first place Taylor was meant to fight froch for the wbc title but then choose lacy. If it was the money thats fine but all i am saying is if he fought froch he wud of had a chance at wbc belt which to me means more than money. YES lacy beat reid and YES froch beat reid. But all i can say is froch is willing to fight anyone. TAYLOR is not JOE CALZAGHE calzaghe can take on who ever he wants because he is the BEST! As for Taylor i hope he takes on Froch and we will see who will be CRYING at the end because it wont be me.

I hope Froch can be a force at the world level! I'm just giving my honest opinion on him. Only time will tell. I never said Taylor was on Calzaghe's level because he's not, I'm just saying you make a big deal about Taylor ducking Froch when Froch has called Calzaghe out for ages and Joe won't fight him because he's unproven and thats the reason Taylor hasn't fought him either. I wouldn't cry if Froch won I would be happy because it's good for British boxing!

I'd agree, I like him but he leaves his chin out to dry and seems to forget about the postitioning of his hands. If he had a trainer that drilled into him to keep his hands up tight guarding him, then I think he'd be great.

Meh.... we'll see how he gets on. I think he'll win, and I hope he does, but I can't see him moving up to the Taylors, Kesslers and even Lacys without sorting out his guard first.

Taylor cant pick and choose like calzaghe because he needs to win belts and win in style because he hasnt done much since being beaten by pavlik. Even if Froch wins the WBC Belt i dont even think Taylor will fight him even if hes the number 1 contender i dont think the fight will happen. As for Calzaghe he only has big fights left FROCH wouldnt be a big blockbuster fight for him so thats why he hasnt fought froch. Taylor needs titles and isnt in the position of Calzaghe.

There have been some great Super middleweight's to come out of britain! Benn, Eubank, Watson, Collins and the best of them all Joe Calzaghe. Most of these men became world champions and great to watch. Carl Froch? Most ppl have probably not even heard of him. He is undefeated in 23 fights and has 19wins by KO. Impressive? He hasnt really been tested yet he has a good win against an old Former World Champion Robin Reid. But the question is how far can he go? He has a WBC World title shot against Pascal. I believe he is the strongest the division of the Super middleweights have. Lacy, Taylor, Dennis Inkin who rejected 2 fight with him and Karoly Balzsay wouldnt be srong enough against him. The best fight he could get is Kessler that would be a test for him. But the Ultimate would be Calzaghe. I think Calzaghe would beat him but i think he is the only one that could. What do you think?

Taylor was offered more money to fight Froch than he got from Lacy fight.
Iv read he is now after fighting Bute, hes scared of Froch big time.
Watch all the so called big names go after, WBO, IBF titles to avoid Froch.

I really hope froch is what his fans want him to be. I have seen most of his fights, he appears to have good power and a good chin. i really want another good SMW from the UK, however his level of competition hasn't shown us enough to really determine how good or bad he can be, having said that, go the cobra!
