Prime Mike Tyson VS Prime David Tua

I think people overestimate how explosive this fight would be. I think both fighters would finish the fight on their feet(both have been in wars i.e. Tyson-Ruddock, Tua-Ike etc) they were both very tough and willing in their primes.

Early on I can see an explosive start were either fighter may get hurt or even dropped. I'd see them leaning on each other in the later rounds, a lot of inside fighting with a lot uppercuts and hooks.

Tyson had better defense and was faster, he was also more accurate with his shots and could jab very well too. He's even taller than Tuaman which is a rare treat for Mikey boy. Tua had a great chin and stamina. That's about it for him in this matchup. I wouldn't look too much at who had a better chin, power or even stamina. I think they were both so close in these aspects that it doesn't really matter. What matters is who how the fight would go, who would score more etc.

I think Tua would KO tyson with that left hook. I don't think Tyson would be able to intimidate Tua or bully him in the ring with his power like he did so many weaker boxers.

^^ but tillis wasn't a stationary against tyson like tua would be. i think mike would likely stop tua..either by corner stoppage or ref stoppage. tyson's too fast for tua. tua would just stand there taking shots.
