The way they were talking doesn't make it sound like Pavlik's taking the loss well.

Ah right.I read that when it came out and didnt really read too much into it,but reading it again it looks as though Its hit him really hard.Its a strange one.Fact is we wont know til we see him again.It could either be the best thing or the worst thing thats happened to him.I hope he comes back stronger for it,he is a very good fighter.

I agree, we'll have to wait and see how he does when he gets back into the ring to know how much the loss has actually affected him.

The poll options aren't really fair. I think he was exposed... but also he'll be back.

I'm not totally sold on Pavlik yet and I think it could be exposed that he's not the fighter that many thinks he is. Thus far as faced the right type of opposition for his style so I'm curious to see how he matches with someone who brings the type of craftiness of Hopkins or Calzaghe . It's a just a question of how old Hopkins will be in there. Don't get me wrong, he's a good fighter but I'm not convinced that's a great fighter yet. If I'm wrong I'll give him his due credit.

I think to an extent he was exposed as a 1 dimensional fighter, a Trinidad type fighter whom once you've figured him out he can't do nothing differently, he runs out of answers and comes up with only questions afterward. once Hopkins figured him out and just stood away from his jab and his overhand it was over, his best tools were taken just like that. anyone with a good inside game and decent movement can repeat this all day. I say he was exposed because there is now a solid blue print that 9.9 times out of 10 will work on Kelly, it's so effective that even a more nurtured Kelly Pavlik with more strength if anything and nothing wrong with him physically in any way couldn't overcome it, so imagine a Kelly Pavlik down the road or one who comes in less than 100%? it would be a wrap.. it ****ing hurt to say that about Tito, it's true though. he's my favorite fighter period but I am a BOXING fan and I gotta call it fairly.
