I live in Phoenix, my GF is Mexican, her parents speak no English and there are 3 white people where I work, the rest are either from Mexico or are 1st generation American with Mexican immigrant parents. They all love Oscar, every one of them. You're talking to some knockoff Mexicans man, lol.

let me ask you a question.................how much do those people know about boxing. im sure i can ask my family what they think about oscar and the ones that dont know **** about boxing will say "ohh he is good i like him" but my family that actually watches boxing will say "he is a ***** and that they are going for pacquiao.

It's cause mexicans don't get along with chicanos. We as mexicans see oscar as a chicano. Tony is the underdog mexican fighter to alot of them me personally don't like Tony and hate Oscar that's just me. It has 0 to do with JCC. Plus what he did with Tito will always be in mexican fans mind. After losing to Pacquiao it would be even more lopsided. Almost everyone I know was disappointed, ashamed, or disgusted. He couldn't even try to open up against little Manny, that's what gets everyone.

Well its different with me, all my mexican(except 1) co workers like Oscar. All of them love Margarito too, but most of them haven't been following him as long as Oscar.

Wrong, it has alot to do with JCC. Some JCC fans were pissed off DLH beat up Chavez, and to this day hold a grudge. Same thing with Vargas.
