How much did Caballero gain over night? Not much at all, I don't remember the exact weight in but the guy is naturally skinny, just like al brown. he's not like a paul williams who regains hella weight after the weight in.
I'm not talking about his weight though, I was referring to his proportions (same as in Williams' case) which make it very difficult for the more naturally sized bantam to overcome. I even think he'd have difficulty bulking up because like you said he's naturally skinny. It's just that he's got an unfair advantage being that tall and lanky and it will give most other bantams hell.

canada now has no boxing world champions there goes the theory of mexico having so many because they are close to the states
anyway i thought molitor would get beat by a decent offensive fighter like vazquez but caballero wasnt impressive lately specially when he went 12 rounds against a former flyweight, so i picked molitor but i was rooting for my fellow latin american
still it was a step up for molitor and he failed miserably another overhyped undefeated champion goes down the drain
caballero is good he uses his advantage but he is diferent from paul williams in that he doesnt use it to run away in the ring but to actually try and hurt his opponents

i wonder if ricardo cordoba the man who defeated caballero and current interim wba champion will bid for superchampionship? i doubt it there is no money in that fight plus there are already very few world class panamenos why fight each other

Cordoba was a better amateur than Caballero and beat him in the pros some years back. In a country of 3.3 million that would be the worst fight to make and you are right, I doubt it would be popular outside of Panama.

Panama has 3 champions 118 Anselmo Moreno WBA
122 Caballero WBA and IBF Cruiserweight Guerillmo Jones.

i want to see lopez vs caballero.....that will be a huge test....especially if caballero fights in and out, like he did against ponce de leon.....i think caballero is the one guy that has more chance of lasting long against lopez......i mean vazquez and marquez are more proven than lopez and would probably be favorites, but theres a bigger chance of those guys getting bombed out quickly because of their styles-chins......
