i think we all would like to see him fight PW before he fights any1 else, but it doesn't look like thats gonna happen anytime soon at least, so lets move on for the moment....

would you give margarito more credit for beating cotto again, or for beating mosley? its kinda funny, b/c if you listen to ppl on here comment, margarito might as well retire.....

all i hear is that he'll "beat cotto even worse in a rematch..."

or "shane mosley is too old to be worth fighting..."

or "he already be clottey...."

or "PW ducked him in an immediate rematch, so he doesn't deserve the fight now, even tho he beat him..."

mexicans have a higher standard of pride and machismo than any other nationality. mexican boxers are expected to avenge losses (like MaB, Morales, & JMM) and take on all comers (like JCC and Castillo).

At one point margarito did attempt to avenge losses like his rematch against Santos and he did fight anyone that would fight him, but since his loss to Pwill and his victory over Cotto, marg has lost his way. by acting like a prick now, he discredits himself and proves that dlh was/is justified in not fighting marg.

cosign....and what better way to build yourself towards earning a fight w/ DLH than by beating mosley, cotto, PW, and becoming the UNDISPUTED top WW? DLH would have no choice but to fight margo then, or lose all credibility.

by sitting out a year, waiting for a rematch against a guy you whooped already, is counter-productive, and doesn't get margarito anywhere near a fight w/ DLH, which is what he wants honestly.

think about it....if DLH wouldn't fight marg after he beat cotto the first time, does marg really think DLH would care if he sits out an entire year and beats nobody BUT COTTO AGAIN?
