I can. Did you ever see Lou vs. rogan on boxing vs. mma on espn? Even though I know Rogan and I think he's basically a douchebag, lou really isn't what you would call a great thinker.

Maybe he hinted it years ago, but I doubt he would say that now. If he was humble, he would have mentioned it after the fight. Even Tyson gave props to Larry Holmes. Marciano cried after defeating Louis. Larry Holmes pleaded with the ref to stop the fight against Ali.

I never read Joe's book so I don't know if he made any comments about Roy...the only thing I remember was after the Tarver (I) loss or maybe it was (II), that Joe said it was the first time Roy looked "Human." I think it was fight one.


I think Joe was quite happy to have Frank Warren...especially after hearing Frank's side to the story. Which I know, he is a promoter, but it is always interesting to hear.


The Promoter works for you.

It doesn't work that way for Frank Warren. He gets you by the bollocks from day one after you've signed with him.

Funniest part was Chack liddel (that wormy piece of ****) talking **** about Floyd saying his sparring partners would destroy Floyd. cut to Floyd laughing and calling MMA fighters bums and failed boxers.

interestingly enough Chack gets KOed by Rampage by one easy left hook (basic boxing). Floyd goes on to easily beat Oscar.

Too funny.
