Its easy to say when you're trying to be #1. Sort of like Margarito before he beat Cotto. I'm willing to bet if PW was in Marg's shoes, he would be alot more picky with everything than he is now.
One more thing, I don't know where you are coming from with the turning down thing. He has already fought 4 out of the 5 top ranked Welterweights.
