Just proof it's different if it's Floyd not wanting to fight cause his needs aren't met. I wanted to see this fight but Marg's won so he is calling the shots and he can do what he wants. Like I said this isn't prison or a battle of honor it's a ****ing business with huge sums of money and if a pro fighter wants more and can get it thats his choice. Who is he gonna fight though?
    believe dat

What's Margarito doing? First he complains about no one wanting to fight him, then he turns down both Williams and Mosley for big money. It's not like they aren't winnable fights for him. Makes no sense.

Didn't expect that. Funny how the tables have turned. Seems a bit hypocritical of Margarito at this point after all the **** he talked.

          Where's Viva Mexico now?

I understand, and I'm not going to call him a ***** because there's no way he's scared of Shane. But it is ******. Unbelievably ******. Mosley would have been a big name on his resume, whether he's getting old or not. Unless he fights Williams, I can't see a better option. An impressive win over Mosley would have done A LOT for his career, especially if he was the first to stop him. The whole situation is just very strange.

This is ridiculous, he called Shane out and then he refuse to sign. He is being dumb and Hypocrital, with th economy going down and he rejects 4mil and then 2mil? Theres no excuse for that!!!! I dont dont know what the excuse is going to be, but I bet it will be a bull**** one. Apparently the only guy here willing to fight anyone is Cotto. Margarito just lost all the respect I had for him after beating Cotto . Man this is ridiculous!!!!

                  makes sense

margarito doesn't want to risk anything before the cotto rematch. paul williams is definitely out the question too; he's even more dangerous. while i thought shane was a safe opponent, it would be a tough fight before fighting cotto. the money he is getting for cotto obviously is significantly more than was offered by schaefer..

i wouldnt diss margarito just yet.
would like to hear what he turned down.
gbp is known to be cheap!
and then with the much bigger money fight with cotto in the mix.

                    hat/mal bet. interested? :

Please welcome your new champion, who won't avenge his losses and will probably fight once a year against nobodies. First he turned down a fight with Clottey (which he would have lost), doesn't want Williams to kick his ass again, and now he knows Mosley would UD him.
