Did you forget that Top Rank and Margarito kept asking for a rematch after their first fight and even had the sanctioning body rate them as the #1 contender....still PWill and Goosen wanted none of it......They kept Marg hanging on a string after the first fight, figuring that he'd fade away....

Now that he beat the "man" at ww (Cotto), all of a sudden they are running there mouth for a rematch.....Marg and Top Rank are just ****in with them now. There is going to be a rematch, but on Top Ranks terms because Marg is the man now. **** Al Haymon too, he's the reason no one wants to fight PWill(who i respect), not because he's feared...

I aint no hater, i like PWill, and definitely want to see a rematch this next year. And i think the build up to it is going to be great after Marg runs thru Mosely and Cotto.....

as much as i try to like williams **** like this turns me away. It's like their attention whores. Once they see a fight getting announced they have to open their mouths and say hey look at us what about us. Williams is not feared they need to lay that **** to rest. I guess you missed the part where Clottey refused to fight Williams for this November date and since has stated he would rather fight Cotto or Margarito right?? Has Cotto ever mentioned Williams?? Margarito wants no part of Williams that is obvious. I understand having a favorite boxer and everything but do not be delusional. Personally I don't like any current fighters aside from Hopkins, but I want to see the best fights made. The entire WW division is running scared of Williams. To bring up Quintana is a joke. He won a 7-5 decision and was then basically knocked out twice in one round. He would get massacred again. If you feel different that's your opinion but it's obvious you're a hater.

The bottom line is Paul Williams is fighting the IBF and linear champ at 154 because no WW would fight him, including Michael Jennings the mandatory. Goossen is simply stating the truth. Margarito will not make anymore money then what he was offered to fight Paul again unless he fights DLH, but is that going to realistically happen?? Didn't think so. Margarito is missing out on a career pay day and let's face it he'll lose in 2009 regardless if he fights Williams. Arum wants him to lose to one of his fighters though. The same way he wanted him to lose vs his cash cow Cotto.
