Jones was an amatuer so he had way more fights then Hopkins. Hopkins only had them 21 fights because he was in prison and never got to do amatuer as much as jones. Hopkins became hopkins i would say, from 1995 on up. Jones been ducking him, and everybody knows it. Hopkins makes Jones piss his pants and make up excuses why they didn't fight.

I'll admit i though pav would ko hopkins, simply cause i believed a couple of notions many believed as well. i thought hopkins didn't have the legs to do what he did anymore,as he showed vs winky, and cal. i thought he lost a step.

I agree, just the other day i was telling someone that if Calzaghe and Taylor could win on work rate alone, then Dawson would really be too much because he would put the power behind it, something that Jermain and Joe didn't do. On top of that, Hopkins would be fighting a natural light heavyweight that is versatile, and that's something that he hasn't seen before. Dawson gives the angles, has good defense and just keeps working. He would bring the fight to Hopkins the same way that Calzaghe did, the only difference IMO would be that he would win more convincingly based on youth and just staying active and working.

A lot of people are still looking at the Pavlik as evidence, but just bet a lot of points on Dawson and you will get PAID..lol.
