Boxing is on ESPN much more than MMA.
No duh boxing is on much more lol.......genius..

Make some more chinny fighters who get over protected like amir khan and boxing will live on through its hardships. i was buzzing when he got kod. the only other time i felt like that was when lacy got mauled by joe.

Your second sentence just shows how ignorant you are.

You tend to follow the majority and never lead. There are professionl boxers who attend UFC cards as well as other athletes. Zab even said he has attended MMA fights before and enjoys it. If there wasnt so many ignorant posters in here who talk bad about MMA you would probably be a fan. Lucky for the UFC you are not. You tend to be biased about fighters...
Zab is a ****ty boxer. No wonder he likes MMA. Maybe he should take his bum ass over there and win a belt. Probably be a hell of a lot easier to be a top guy. As for being ignorant and being a follower you are as ignorant as they come. Yes, I dont like MMA because I'm a follower? How about the fact that I hate ground game, winging punches, guys laying on top of each other, how its a crap shoot and anyone can win, and poor records? Am I a follower?

I prefer boxing but there's abit of truth in what he's saying. MMA is a new sport (As in it's just really got mainstream)...boxing has never had to compete against it.

The problem is, MMA is more appealing to the younger/fighting fans. If you had 2 unknown boxers fighting and 2 unknown mixed martial artist fighting, a casual fan would rather watch the MMA as it's shorter/more action.

Also the UFC are putting on big shows every month, with big fighters fighting all the time. Also you never get the big fighters ducking each other as it's all done on a ranking system and if you want to be champion you HAVE to fight whoever. In boxing you have so many fighters scared of loosing, therefore the promoters feed them easy fights. You look in the UFC and all the top fighters have a few defeats on there record, why? because they're always putting the top fighters against each others.

Boxing needs to get rid of all the belts and just have 1 big one. How amazing would that be? They also need to make a ranking system (like UFC) where if you refuse to fight someone you loose the belt.

lol.. what poor records? you mean a few losses like Margarito, Hopkins, Marquez, James Tony..have?

there are no TUNE UPS and easy fights in THE UFC.. thats why people lose sometimes.. no cherry picking going on...
