I think he should fight Anderson Silva. Silva keeps talking about how he wants to fight Roy for the last 6 months. Silva says he'll retire from MMA in a year or two and then he wants the fight. It would be a good payday for Roy with a lot off MMA fans tuning in, and probably an easy win, even at this stage of his career. This is what I believe he should do if he doesn't retire, which I think he should.

If Roy does continue to fight, he needs to change up his training and diet. DLH and Bernard have hired nutritionists, trainers (not just boxing trainers) and do all this stuff to keep their old bodies fresh. Roy is out in the country having his childhood friends cooking him biscuits and gravy.Comment
