Calzaghe would stand 0 chance beating Jones, Hopkins etc when they where prime. That slapping 100 times a round when Roy goes up against the ropes simply would not be effective vs a prime, mobile, faster more powerful Jones. This version of Roy is 10% of what he used to be..He has dropped off suddenly and right in line with when he moved to heavyweigt then dropped this muscle weight rapidly. This drained Roy of everything.

Calzaghe may not be what he was either, but his decline has been more gradual, and he is not that far removed from his peak version. Roy on the other hand has nothing left now.
