i can understand that choice, but they are most likely using the margarito win as greater then tarver/johnson wins. and they may take into consideration that paul williams will win another 154 belt too.

Many people thought he lost to the 40 year old Johnson.

Age 40 Tarver showed his age in his fight with Dawson.

Dawson has never beaten a prime world-class fighter, while Darchinyan has defeated a prime unified champion (Mijares).

glenn johnson and tarver are two well respected fighters with good resumes. I don't think vic can argue with dawson but i think he can make a point with paul williams being on there. But pwill did avenge his only loss in nasty fashion. but if pwill can be up there vic can be up there.

I think its because he got KTFO by Donaire hes not quiet top 10 material yet! if he beats Donaire in a rematch then sure he should be there!

Like I said............Vic is top 12. One more fight (superstar fight) and he should crack it. Vic fans should be a bit more patient. I hope he gets to fight Montiel....who I think he can KO...then I he should be on the list.

As I expected, The Ring ratings left Vic Darchinyan out of the top 10 P4P rankings, even though he defeated the #7 P4P fighter Cristian Mijares.

Instead, they just moved several people up one spot to replace Mijares, and added American fighter Paul Williams. The people voting on the rankings are virtually all Americans.

I think Vic, who now has three world titles, deserved at least that #10 spot more than Paul Williams, who hasn't had a win over a good fighter except for his controversially close decision over Antonio Margarito.
