I think its because he got KTFO by Donaire hes not quiet top 10 material yet! if he beats Donaire in a rematch then sure he should be there!

you guys are just anti-american. margarito was higher on p4p then mijares so maybe thats their reason for williams ahead of darchinyan

I think Vic, who now has three world titles, deserved at least that #10 spot more than Paul Williams, who hasn't had a win over a good fighter except for his controversially close decision over Antonio Margarito.
