    bernard just didn't do much.
Foreman got outboxed the entire night pretty much, he took some huge blows to the head and almost went down.

Hopkins may have lost but the fight was definently competative, it wasn't a "clear" loss as you put it, it depends on what you value more..quality or quantity.

What about Foreman's win against Moorer. I know he was getting beat up, but it was clearly more dramatic and on a larger scale than B-Hop - Pavlik.

Hopkins was alot more competitive and argueably won the fight against Calzaghe.

          Foreman lost decisively.

i need to get my glasses checked then. i thought though foreman clearly loss he put on a gallant effort and was competitive. you guys act like he got blown out or something.

i don't see how hopkins looked good against calzaghe. yes he got a knockdown and yes he landed a few nice punches but come on now. he clearly lost the fight. i don't see how anyone could say bernard won that fight and unlike the foreman fight......was not at all entertaining.

but i guess i'm wrong. a guy punching 10 times a round and pretending to get low blowed to save his ass is quite impressive.

Foreman's performance against Holyfield was probably more impressive than Hopkins' although the Hopkins - Calzaghe fight was closer.

People were counting him out as a fat old man but he was able to be competitive and stun Holyfield at times. He took a ton of punishment and kept coming forward in a very entertaining fight.

I really think that George Foreman's comeback is the reason why we have so many old men fighting past the age of 40 today.

this finnish sob speaks the truth!!!!!

                impressive doesn't mean closer fight.

why the hell was the hopkins-calzaghe fight so close anyway? because neither did mofo much that's why!

bhop lost a boring fight to a past prime joe calzaghe.

big george lost an exciting fight to a prime evander holyfield.

unlike hopkins who was continually fighting , george had to comeback from a lengthy retirement.

just because the hopkins fight was close doesn't make it an impressive performance.

to me what was impressive about bhop, and joe was that bernard took joe out of what he does, and made him look amateurish at times, and no one to date had really done that. i also don't think joe is that far past it. some yes, but not that much. i thought it was a great fight, not boring to me. it's all a matter of opinion really.
