More Impressive? Foreman or Hopkins?

mmm That could be worthy of a thread of its own.
But no, what I mean't was he could have tried to clinch his way through the fight. He had the size and strength to do that but instead he chose to go for the KO.Comment

Hopkins fight was ugly yet he made Calzaghe look bad and could have gotten the decision. Foreman lost clearlyComment

this is boxing not "fighting". calzaghe got the definition of outboxed. hopkins neutralized his slappy offense and landed at will.it goes both ways though , mel.
hopkins looked good against tarver right before joe and great against pavlik right after. joe must have done something right.
joe is still good but he's no longer prime. not shot or anything but he's past his best.
as far as the fight , i thought it was dull as hell. bernard landing some clean shots but only when he punches which wasn't much. joe was active and tried to be aggressive but wasn't doing much damage. kinda hard to fight someone when the other person doesn't want to fight i guess......Comment

foreman outweighed evander by 30-40 lbs. , maybe he should have clinched and grabbed his way to a close decision......
oh wait george is a fighter...... he's not an executioner.Comment

???
boxing is not fighting? boxing is a form of fighting.
if he could land at will then why didn't he? how nice of bernard to not want to hurt his opponent too badly.Comment

Again the question wasn't on which fight was the closest. I'm sure Foreman could have had asimlar result by throwing 5 punchers and then clinching and throwing Holy around for 12 rounds.Comment

30-40 pounds of pure fat maybe
Hopkins gave a better fight even it was ugly and could have easily won and made Calzaghe look ****. Foreman just got hit and lost clearlyComment
-
are you domain now? whether it's muscle or fat it's still weight dumbass.
yeah foreman just got hit. have you seen the holyfield fight? foreman threw more than hopkins did. lol what you do just watch the clip on youtube of the round when evander hurt george and teed off on him?Comment

I like George Foreman's style when he was older. The "Armadillo Stance or something like that.
I remember watching that fight on USA Tuesday Night Fights Boxing.
That was a good fight.Comment
