        Technically, yes, since most of his accomplishments were in that division, whereas RJJ just looked the best there but didn't unify the titles.

            Yes. The division is new, barely 20 years old.

            He's achieved the most at 168 of any fighter since then.

            But as far as him at his best beating the Roy Jones of 1994-96 at 168 lbs?

                  With all the time he's spent in the division, he aint done ****. He beat an overrated Kessler and Lacy and lost to Hopkins. That's not "greatest" credentials.

                    doesn't matter, he was a better fighter when he was at the same weight. smw was a ten year excuse for joe to play chicken.
