I know what you mean, it doesn't do anyone any favours though don't forget. I think it's to be expected it would peak around now. I mean boxing has not been big in the UK for awhile, and the last year especially there's 2 stand out stars whom are bringing in more casual fans. They've both beaten a few big names in America the last couple of years, all mixed together it's just natural there'd be a peak of un educated posters mouthing of a bit, sometimes seriously some times just baiting.

There's more un constructive Calzaghe haters, then there are nut huggers though in my opinion. A lot of Calzaghe nutt huggers may be way more ignorant to boxing history and give rather obviously silly predictions as to Joe over older figures they've not seen much of. But there's a lot of more educated guys on boxing, whom have difficulty accepting whom Joe did and would beat even in the current climate, and whilst that doesn't seem as ridiculous, it's actually as bad.

      Two questions:

      1. Do you consider yourself in that group you just described?

      2. Do you consider yourself a Calzaghe nuthugger at all?

      Thanks.

Keyser, once Calzaghe retires, what will you have left to post about?

Think this through properly, man. You think the bull**** will cease once he retires?

It's only gonna get worse. They're already saying he's better than Hopkins cos he outbusied him when Hopkins was 43, and they'll say the same when he outworks RJJ at 40.

The threads won't cease. Because Joe isn't going to fight again after Jones. So he'll leave unbeaten, which the pro-Calzaghe crowd will cite above anything, and the anti crowd which just get even more frustrated.

Firstly, like I just stated, the discussions are not going to simply disappear once he retires after outworking a 40 year old RJJ. It'll be a few years before he's consigned to the anus of boxing history.

Second, that question is more pertinent to the Calzaghe fanboy freakshows than me. I'm a fan of boxing and I don't affiliate myself with certain fighters to the point of freakish, disturbing obsession.

            Thanks.

No not really, I'm clearly a big Calzaghe fan but I was a fan of boxing from a young age and just enjoy the sport. I can't cite loads of old info or facts but if I don't know I don't vote or give a strong opinion unlike some.

I enjoy positively engaging in constructive conversations about a few boxers, which you don't. You just post negatively about one, like some kind of obsession, that's far worse then anything you proclaim.

You have a weird foot as your avatar, talk **** of no info or value, rant on with hatred non stop like a wannabe e-gangsta with a name as an old American one.

Your about as Gangsta as Bjork.

They'll die down, just like they did with Floyd.

People like Horus, Chiyoko and TCN Bummer still post, but they do so far less than they used to. I think the same thing will happen with Calzaghe.

Second, the point is that quite a lot of your posts are about Calzaghe, so the question is perfectly valid.

I don't spend much time posting about the boxers that I dislike. I guess it's just a mentality that I don't have. I'd rather talk about the ones that I enjoy watching or whatever fights have taken place recently.

                You're welcome.

the threads wouldn't cease if he beat jesus and Ali back to back while blindfolded with people like yourself judging.

I don't give a monkeys about his unbeaten recoed, All I want to know is who you haters think could have Beaten him at SMW during those 10 years.

This post descended into pure bizarreness into the second half.

Anyway, I just found it funny the way you disassociated yourself from the Calzaght nuthuggers who don't know boxing history and would pick Joe to beat anyone. Didn't you say Joe would beat Wlad and prime RJJ?

I think you might have picked him to beat Hagler too. I know Abadger definitely did. Pray tell my man, who would win? Hagler or your God?

Anyway, thanks for replying to my questions. I just wanted you to confirm it. Damn, I couldn't get anything sig worthy, though.

                      Can you do me a sig favour? Can you type out the following for me to quote;

"I am not a Joe Calzaghe nughugger. I love other boxers too"

                      That would be wonderful.

Oh, and....don't kid yourself. You only post about Calzaghe and are nowhere to be seen when it comes to other fighters. Unless they happen to be called Kessler....or Hopkins......or Pavlik...or Dawson.

                      Hmm.

                      Cheers.
