Or how he turned down tons of "good money" fights after Tito (like Jones) and was blasted for it for years in the press until he got his vindication with the Oscar fight (earning his payday his way).

Hopkins wanted double the money he agreed to, which is why the fight didn't happen. Not saying it's a duck but that's what happened.
