I'm sure Reed has a signed and dated copy of the fight contract handy to show you...

and by the way, prime for pirme roy jones pot shot hims and out points him comfortably......just like when they fought......
Yeah I'd be mad too if one man kept embarassing the fighters I'd pick to win. You maaaaaad (:

Come on, both fighters have stated it countless times and even Warren expressed dismay at it in his interview in Boxing News magazine.

Maybe it's false but we'll never know and that's the info they put out there so that's what we go on.

          NOPE.

after the roy interview on what the contract said.. bernard didnt show up again to say anything about it
All of Bernard's last fights have been against men FAR higher ranked than Roy. Tarver on the p4p list, Winky even higher on the p4p list, Joe who is ranked around #2, and now Pavlik. Maybe Bernard is waiting for Roy to establish his comeback so that it will be worth his effort to actually pay out what they both deserve and so he gets the credit for the W (although always will there be excuses when BHop wins). And then there's Roy who has his schedule set, currently it's Calzaghe and it should put Roy back on that P4P list he once dominated. Maybe neither man is ducking the other, but both are busy with successful careers and are waiting for the opportune moment (which should be early 2009 if all ends well with Joe).

              Good post.

I wish I still had access to Bernard's interview talking about being fair, etc. He stated how, despite his losses, Jones was nowhere near finished, deserved an equal split, was the Michael Jordan of boxing...I mean, I was stunned at the things he said.

Right after Jones complained about the contract, Bernard turned around and said he hadn't done anything to deserve more LMAO!

i bet for hopkins to beat tarver........

i bet for calzaghe to beat b-hop....

i wanted bernard to beat hype boy pavlik......after the remathc with atylor i said the fighter i would 100% be sure would beat pavlik(not even a lucky shot), was hopkins at lhw....

i didnt even bet on my favourite fighter-wright to beat hop, because i knew hopkins would do something illegal when he saw he couldnt do **** to him with real boxing skills(and the fight was still universally recognised as close....with a wright carrying 10 pounds of fat, showing more and more signs each fight that his legs were not the same, and with a huge illegal cut for 9 rounds..)...

and another one of my favorite fighters, apart of calzaghe, also beat nard.......twice

                  so you fail....

i just dont like hopkins cus hes a douche...

It has to do with neither ducking the other, because they were both busy with their own ****. That and the fact that noone out there was a bigger threat than BHop or Roy, so greed got to them both in what would have been the toughest megafight around.

Haha so you judged Jermain beating him twice and thought Joe won as well, but thought that Winky was very close.. Also didn't you pick forrest to lose even worse in the rematch to mora? Woo! Stick to making sigs, not judging fights buddy. And rewatch the Winky fight (as very painful as that may be for you), his jab was neutralized from the start and he ran into Hopkins' head, not the other way around.
