Thats a yes he did fight the best 147 at that time in Baldomir and his predecessor in judah who were both rank the number 1 guy at 147 at that time.

Now you can tell me he should have fought cotto and Margarito after then yes i would agree with you, But i would disagree with you if you said he should have chosen to fight Margarito when he fought Baldomir.

Cotto sure as hell didn't clamour for a Mayweather fight.

He talked a lot of **** to latino magazines

But when Kellerman and Merchant put a mic in his face in front of millions he started that punk-ass "I let's my peoples decides who I fights" bull****.

Hatton did it the right way..like a man..Cotto saw what happened to Ricky and said **** THAT.

Little Jotto never wanted Floyd at 140 or 147.

Only fools say he took safe fights.

There's nothing safer than fighting a squared up..slow ass...punching bag like Tony....Or an overrated gay dwarf named Cotto.

What's safe about fighting Oscar his first time out at 154??

        Oscar at 154 > Tony-Cotto at 147

see, this is whats funny about this idiot. every other fighter who floyd didnt fight and isnt black is overrated and so where they're opponents. this idiot doesnt realize how bad he makes floyd fans look.

now go ahead and spew some bull**** about how im racist against blacks and i only root for mexican fighters or whatever you Coalition kids are programmed to say.

You don't know that Floyd wasn't or isn't planning on fighting Cotto in the future.

There's no reason for Floyd to duck Cotto. Floyd's such a superior boxer and has better stamina too. Also his chin is better. The only thing going for cotto is that Floyd is a natural lightweight and Cotto's a natural welter.

OK everyone's problem is not that Mayweather hadn't fought the best it was that he didn't continue to fight the best. Margarito has been considered a threat by a lot of people for a while. He got his "WBO crap strap" in 02, Mayweather came in at 05. Margarito was a well established champion and part of the "best" hence the championship belt. Fighting guys your own size means fighting guys in your own weight division. PBF has never fought to be the best, always for money. There have been better opponents out there for him, Cotto was a champ in 06. Fighting the best once is different then continually fighting the best. He fought Judah after he lost to Baldomir.

Plus fighting 1-2 times a year proves you are not taking all challengers which to me it is easier to gain a title from a Baldomir then defend against Margs, PW, and Cotto. Haven't you ever heard getting something is easy, it is holding onto it that makes it impressive. I mean think of all the guys that have won a belt and lost it immediately. Do you remember any of them? No because they aren't considered greats. B-Hop would be nothing without his 20 defenses.

My point is that Floyd is ducking Margarito and will probably move back down to 135 or 140 and some people might call this a ***** move. Do you guys think it is?
