But I said I personally am more interested in Marquez/Diaz rather than Marquez/Campbell. I also noted that the Marquez camp WERE interested in the fight with Campbell, but Campbell wanted the fight sooner than the Marquez camp wanted the fight so the notion of "ducking because of fear" is just ridiculous. Especially when Marquez is trying to land a 3rd fight with the only fighter to take him down 4 times. Now please explain how that is in anyway similar to this?

the difference between Marquez and Mayweather is that Marquez takes the fights boxing fans are interested in so of course he isn't going to face the same resistance the boxing community gives Maweather for taking fights only he is interested in. But we are talking about people critising him for fighting someone like Baldomir at 147 instead of taking on Margarito at the sametime, Thats what am talking about nothing else.

You cant critise a fighter for not taking on the best at 147 when he actually fought the number guy at that weight in Baldomir, Before that he fought the guy that use to be the number one guy at 147 in judah.

And lastly i have no criticism of JMM at all, Just expose how we all defend our boxer in certain ways.

Everyone Mayweather fights is bigger then he is..the guy is a warrior...period.

Considering he started boxing at the age of 7 and was a highly decorated amateur, he also had more experience than most of the people he fought, especially the bigger guys.

Hatton wasn't the best at 140? (even though it took place at 147)
Delahoya wasn't among the 2-3 best at 154?

There is nothing wrong but there is a good perception that he has been fighting for only money and taking safe fights the last few years instead of real threats at welterweight.
