I just really dislike Pavlik

I havent been on in awhile, but I had to let it be known that I am hoping Pavlik gets KTFO and the hype ends. I havent like Pavlik for a long time. Waaaay before he put in ass beating on Miranda. I dont know what it is, but he bothers the **** out of me. Abraham doesnt bother me..... Just Pavlik.

So to all you fans, I am telling you now be ready to feel the pain! Your hype machine is about to run into a brick wall. Enjoy your final hours.

Hey, I am a white American so I should like the guy if race was the issue. I am almost always routing for the American fighter too. But if Abraham ever fought Pavlik, I would be pulling for Arthur.

Pavlik just bugs me. I thought JT was gonna take him down, but I was wrong. Yea, he has proven himself...... but I still just dont beleive he is the real deal.... I am hopeful Hopkins still has what it takes.

We'll see by tommarow if he lives up to the "hype", but I believe he's just a one of those special fighters that can pull through in almost any match.

I like Kelly, I think he's a great kid and a great Champion. I don't understand what about the guy is not to like.

That said, Saturday night he's going up against a guy I've been watching fight since I was 10 years old in 1995. And that's the guy I'm pulling for.

I agree he seems like a decent guy. Maybe it is his fans (especially the tons that came out of nowhere). Back when he was a nobody (before the Zuniga fight) there was talk about Miranda fighting Pavlik, but his manager turned it down. THe few Pavlik fans that there were starting making up BS about Miranda not wanting the fight. Maybe a few 'bad apples' started my dislike of him. But everytime I have watch him fight I have been strongly pulling for the other guy. So no doubt I was heart broken when Pavlik actually upset my favorite fighter (who was a 3 to 1 favorite at the time).

I guess, especially after that, and all the hype that got behind Pavlik, I just want what happened to me to happen to all those fans who have been riding this 'hype' train for so long. Yea, I know it is hard to call the guy hype after what he has accomplished..... but you are only as good as your last fight, and if Hopkins makes him look silly, hype will fit.

Sorry to sound like an ******* to all you dedicated fans, but I really hope you feel the pain of defeat!

......................Fair enough. I'd be lying if I ever said I hadn't grown a dislike for a fighter or rooted against him because of obnoxious fans.

As far as the fight goes...I think Kelly will win, but wouldn't be surprised if Hopkins out foxes him. I guess we'll have to re-evaluate again after tommorow.
