A time when floyd had the luxury of being refined by some of the best trainers in the world in the best facilities in the world while Pac was just grateful to have an actual full on meal at all that day.

If you're going to **** on the size difference then you must also **** on the upbringing difference

        What an absurd question...

Which is apparently not absurd, because... half the people voted wrong.

        It is Pacquaio... obviously. OBVIOUSLY.

The Marquez draw was at 126 by the way.

At the time Floyd fought Diego, Chico was an undefeated one man crime spree in the division. And Floyd took him apart.

That to me is better than Pacquiao's vanquishing of Morales or Barrera.

Pac's best 130lbs win is the SD over Marquez, and I thought Marquez won that one.

To me Floyd has the better record. But I suppose this is all a matter of opinion anyway.

The better questions would be could Pacquiao have beaten the guys at 130 that Floyd did? And vice versa.
I believe they'd both beat each other's rosters just as easily but in different fashion. The real question is how much better would Pac have been with the same 2nd gen pedigree and amateur training as floyd.

agreed no problem. And there is also no doubt that Mayweather is the bigger man, with a much larger frame. Both points are completely IRRELEVANT to who has the best resume at 130.

But the reason for my answer is that the person who mentioned 108 was trying the usual rethoric that pacman moved up a godzillion weight classes to fight giants. Which is bull**** as i explain below, and also IRRELEVANT to who has the best record at 130.

Pacman first real weight class is 122, before that he was not a grown up man. (testified by the fact that after failing to make 112 at 21 he jumped up an unprecendented 3 weight classes to 122).

more than the 2nd gen thing (it would not be manny, if he had different parents), if they put gloves on him at age 2 and fed him well through all his life, and didnt try to starve him to make 112.

Oh ok. agreed. Even if it was Pac's umpteenth weight class Mayweather still edges him out because of the morales loss alone.
