OMG; I think Vitali is becoming more overrated than Tyson.
I don't even think Ruddock landed one clean shot in their fight. The fight ended quickly.
Lewis was stunned many times in that fight as well against Vitali.
Tua: Tua was fat, past his prime...and he had to try to leap his fat ass up to touch Lewis. Tua was frustrating to watch in that fight. All he did was plod around without throwing most of the time. I don't think he was ever the same fighter after his fight with IKE; not that level. Tua may have landed on decent shot and some of that gets taken away because of Tua's inability to jump high...he was reaching.
Shot Tyson: similar to Tua.
Not sure with "Mason."
Golota ended early as well.
Bruno: I just remember it being a good fight up until Bruno got caught by a big shot from Lewis. Not sure what Bruno was landing cleanly.
Haven't watched these fights in a bit.
Just because you have names on the resume, you have to watch the fight and see where they are at in their career.
Rahman was never known as a devastating puncher. True, heavyweights carry power, including Rahman, and it was a nice punch, but to say that Knocks out anybody is stretching it. Holmes took a much bigger shot from Shavers and he survived.
And speaking of Lewis and Tyson and chin: Lewis was landing bomb after bomb and had trouble taking out the shot version of Tyson.
Does Lewis hit harder than Rahman?
Lewis was hurt bad against McCall. If the fight would have went on there is no question in my mind McCall finishes it within a few seconds.
Lewis's chin is good, but it's not granite.
