Agreed. I actually believe the pro-Taylor argument presesented in this thread may be the most deluded I have encountered thus far in my boxingscene career. I'm trying to think of a better example...

Probably that thread Domain posted where he said that some muscular guy would make a good boxer, and the poll results were 80-1 against him.

You an Clegg has done as great a job as anyone could ever do. I'm pretty sure that it's in vain though, as another thread might pop up tomorrow and the idiocy would still be there.

So I just hope you guys are having fun exposing some ass. Meaning you should be process-oriented. Not product-oriented if you know what I mean.

If I could I'd pass a ****load of green over you to applaud your efforts in this thread, which is an instant classic for sure.

As one of the more ardent Taylor backers on this forum, even I agree with you.

As I said earlier, this thread is ***** dumb.

Yes, it is that simple and true. I am purly speaking on who faced better opposition, regardless of the outcome. JT HAS fought better fighters pound for pound than JC. Hop twice, Pav twice, Winky, Spinks = better quality fighters than JC has faced with the exception of Kessler, who as some may say, is overrated anyway. I'll stand by my statement that Pav would knock out anyone on JC's resume with the only one maybe making it through to a UD loss, would be Kessler. JC has been very carefull to not get in the ring with anyone who can do severe damage in the power department, with, again, the maybe exception, going to Kessler. Pav KO's everyone else on that padded record. I think we'll see the difference when Pav destroys Hop. Hey, I'm glad everyone has an opinion on these kinds of topics, it gives me something to look foreward to. I honestly don't hate JC, by the way. I hate his fans.

Funny you failed to note that he fought Hop twice and ALSO, and even more funny you left it out, he fought Pavlik - TWICE.

                  Really? You don't think that:

Vitali Klit is an all time 10 Heavyweight champ

Tops this? I could name dozens of others. This isn't even in the same league. How about Williams or Margarito KO Hearns?

That said, this thread is dumb.

Look those convinced that Calza resume is better then Taylors may seem this thread as really dumb, but 80 people have voted. I just think that if it was that ovbious that Cals resume was sooooo much better then Taylors this poll should have been 78-2 Cal. But Taylor is ahead (not by much) but the fact that it is even close says a lot about the difference in resumes.
