Im happy that finally Haye found an opponent and the fight is fix. Monte at least is much better than Mercer and hes an well conditioned and still hungry heavyweight.

I'm happy with the choice of Monte as an opponent. Its a good start for Haye in his quest to clean up the heavys. Barrett should be a good indicator as to whether the Hayemaker's power is still as potent at heavy.

He will kill Monte. Monte ain't got nothin to prove, he'll be TKO'd into retirement take his couple hundred G's and live the good life in NY. Go to Jimmy Glenn's bar every weekend and tell old Heavyweight stories. Two Gunz always been a decent fighter but Hayemaker is gonna drop him within 6 fo real. Haye will get a nice high rating in WBO and should go after Dimitrenko once he kills Krasniqi. This win isn't that respectable, Chambers or Johnson would've been much better for Haye.

Barrett is a good test for Haye. If haye fights like he did at cruiserweight with his hands hanging low, he will get kd atleast once in this fight but I have a feeling that he will change his style for the hw division and his cruiserweight style of fighting was just to gain popularity really quick.
