But enlighten me - perhaps you know something about Sartison I don't. Cuz having an undefeated record means squat when it's against guys like that.
Have you seen the Kessler-Sartison fight?

I just dont think Hopkins has the steam to go 12 hard rounds any more.

That was after the first Hopkins fight you mentioned, and it is viewed by many to be his most impressive performance since beating Hopkins, if not of his career, despite him losing.

Yet you specifically give Kessler credit for "looking good" against Calzaghe, which was a far more one-sided fight than Pavlik/Taylor II. In fact I think Kessler often looked frustrated and lacking answers, while Taylor never looked that way against Pavlik the second time; his loss was mainly a result of being outworked.

And before you start in on how superior Calzaghe is to Pavlik, so the standard for each fight is different - that is not the issue here.
I think Taylor looked better than he did against Pavlik first time out, not much more. If you think Taylor looked better in that one than Kessler did against Calzaghe thats OK, personally I think Kessler showed a hell of a lot more, purely based on skill I'd rate it the second best performance of his career after Andrade. For me its all moot anyway, the guy I was replying to said that Taylor 'looks better than Kessler in the ring', I don't think its even close.

If you think Sartison is good because he went 11.5 rounds with Kessler then I don't know what to say.

Nothing on his record suggests he would last with BHop - not even this version. Nothing. Especially since one could argue that Hops fared better against Joe than Mikkel did.

Kessler didn't spar and fought with a broken hand. I'm sure you have me playing that record before.

I just have serious doubts if you've actually seen Sartison fight other than on boxrec that's all.

What worries me is that I presume you actually have seen some of Taylor's fights and maybe Calzaghe Kessler too. Where do you get your opinions from?
lol you are getting worried? I've seen them both fight, Taylor looks way better than that stiff assed kick boxer that Kessler is. Is Siaca supposed to be a solid fighter?

If looking all stiff and awkward is "looking good" then maybe I should be the one worrying about you.

Typical Lacy comment from you. Next.
You've said in other threads that Kessler should stop wasting his time fighting people like this. When in actual fact he acknowledges that its a waste of time.

Typical Lacy comment? lol The comment had nothing to do with Lacy in essence. It was about Jermain Taylor choosing to avoid better competition. Your thoughts on that?

I'm not sure what you're saying here. Sartison has fought a grand total of one good opponent and lost...got knocked out...by a guy who "didn't spar and fought with a broken hand."

Lost to a guy who lost decisively to Joe Calzaghe.

And I'm supposed to believe he can beat Bernard Hopkins?

                Even Sartison doesn't believe that.

                **edit**

Feel free to post the Sartison performances that have convinced you otherwise - other than the Kessler bout I DID see.
