    Trinidad vs. Calzaghe @ 166 in 2001

    who wins this one?

the trinidad of 2001 that KO'd Joppy @ 160 and lost to hopkins at 160,

or the calzaghe of 2001 that fought at 168.

the 175 hopkins was able to floor a 175 calzaghe.

trinidad KO'd joppy in round 5. joppy later lost decisions to hopkins/taylor.

    can trinidad hurt calzaghe?

or is calzaghe's unorthodox skills too much for trinidad?

is 166 too high for trinidad? will calzaghe be drained at 166?

Calzaghe........easily. Trinidad would just be too small.

If I was betting money, I'd go decision but in 2001, theres a good chance Calzaghe stops him

Calzaghe. Trinidad would just be too small, and I doubt he would have been able to hurt Calzaghe althought we haven't seen an accurate representation of how Trinidad's power is at 168 or above.

trinidad easily. calzaghe is the complete opposite of hopkins. not smart, rushes in, throws a million punches, no defense. 1 left hook and his overrated chin would have him on ***** street(which i'm sure he would like)

Not really, he was way past his prime.

Well being past your prime doesnt affect power as much. His punches were just bouncing off Jones.

he didn't connect cleanly against jones. clean punching something calzaghe fans have no regard for.
