Mayweather Sr: "Hatton Will Bust Malignaggi's *ss"

Trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. promises to show the world the best Ricky Hatton ever on November 22, when Hatton meets Paulie Malignaggi in Las Vegas. Floyd Sr. event went as far as to say that Hatton's former trainer Billy Graham did nothing for him, and said that he would of made a big difference if he was in the corner of Hatton when the Manchester fighter was knocked out by Floyd Mayweather Jr. [details]

    Grahams training methods were retarted.

That big Belly thing was maddeningly ******. No way in the world that helped Hatton. Had Sr. been with Hatton from the start, Hatton might be a much better fighter overall.

im sure hatton will be better with this training, but when he gets in ring with a superior boxer like paulie and gets frustrated he might go back to his old ways.

There are no miracle trainers. It takes months and months of work. I doubt Sr. works magic in 8 weeks.

Don't think any magic is needed I think 8 weeks is plenty of time to tech someone quite a bit, if they are good enough learners. This isn't rocket science here May be called sweet science, but I don't think it is THAT complex.

How good of a trainer is Mayweather Sr? I always had the distinct impression that Roger was the main guy in Floyd's camp.

roger is, but floyd sr is the one who laid down all the groundwork for floyd when he was starting out all the way up until he went to jail. thats when roger took over.
