Just like most fans, I want to see a superfight like this happen. Calzaghe bitched about them offering Pavlik a fight, I just want to help make sure Calzaghe gets what he wants.

Don't you want this fight to happen?
lawl believe or not kid but great fighters have retired without an O so even if Joe did fight and lose to Pavlik that doesn't "wipe everything Calzaghe has managed to accomplish in 15 or so years" At this point in the thread you're just looking to cause more arguments and not really contribute to a serious discussion so I wont be responding to you on this thread after this and I'll let you stew in your rage over all the fights that never happend....Hagler-Leonard II anyone lawl

And still he floored JC. I don't see how can Pavlik not kill JC in a fight. JC has work rate going for him... but that's because he didn't face someone as Pavlik. There is no way JC can survive Pavlik straight right hand. No way.
But of course BHop didn't 'only lose because he doesn't have the stamina'. I'm not sure if you noticed, but there was another boxer in the ring that night and he was giving Bernard hell, relentlessly pursuing him around the ring, keeping him under pressure. Hopkins had a hell of a lot to deal with just trying to shut Joe down, let alone mounting any sustained attack of his own. I know you'll never be able to see this though.

Calzague always has a mouth full to speak of Pavlik and always says Pavlik is nothing. Well, having said that, I hope Calzague fights Pavlik before retiring or it will really look bad on him.

...and Calzaghe keeps on talking about Pavlik when it isn't even guaranteed he'll get past Roy Jones Jr.
