Yep this ain't a rubber match at all theoretically. Anyways if team marquez wants the fight badly 8 figures will do . Lets get it on.

both are golden boy fighters. if they really wanted a rubber match all they have to do is to have oscar and ricky NOT fight manny!

the only reason manny is turning down $5-6 mil. for a jmm fight is because of the $12-15 mil. manny is being offered to fight oscar and ricky.
I keep saying this Tua. Why would Pac take a lot less money and move back down two divisions to fight for a lot less money?

That's just ******. Make 20 million plus for DLH and at least 10 for Hatton if Pac doesn't retire after DLH.

Financially, a JMM match makes zero sense.

What, no reply saying Casamayor is shot after the fight. Some members in here posted that Casa was shot if he face Pac.

Moving to lightweight, Pacquiao is stronger and Marquez is slower. Pacquiao will KO him at this weight.

I totally agree. I still think it is funny that the guys and gals on this site think JMM would beat Pacman at a weight more suited for him. As for JMM's next opponent, it will not be Pacman unless some kind of miracle happens. I hope people don't honestly think JMM would beat Juan Diaz, and from what I understand, if this happen, this will be more dangerous fight because of Diaz's pressure style. I could defiantly see JMM losing this one.

that's what i've been saying too but people don't think of that.

they just think pac is scared of juanma. the guy has fought juanma twice already what would he be scared of?

i'm just saying if GBP really wants a pac-jmm fight it's so easy. just don't have oscar and ricky fight pac. pac will fight juanma then.

DLH was not passed his prime? Baldomir was an actual WW threat because he had THE belt? So this doesn't apply to Marquez? he just beat THE LW champion who has had more significant WINS than DLH did when Floyd fought him and Baldomir, well, he's Baldomir. Can you explain this through process? not hating, but just trying to see why the situation is different.
Baldomir is probably the best ever Argentinian fighter ever and was the champion, not to mention a 10 year undefeated, in a time the WW division was packed with talent so if you call him a bum, i suggest you to take a good long look at the scene today. I honestly think Marquez win over Casamayor was a bigger event than Floyd's over Baldomir, but Oscar is an whole different story. To come up from being in his top and natural weight at 130 all the way to 154 under your opponents terms and still beat him, even if he was 34 and you were 30 is a very unique accomplishment. If it hadn't happened people would be saying (actually they were saying that until the end of the fight and some even after the fight until the compubox numbers were out or they replayed it) it could not be done. Sure Oscar did stop jabbing but that was a tactical mistake he has done his whole career and so many failed to make him pay for that, but still doesn't take nothing away from Floyd's win over him.
If Pacquiao can win vs Oscar, even almost 2 years later i'd still give him credit because he's even smaller than Floyd and his style is very dangerous for himself vs Oscar, you see, Oscar won't need to jab 12 rounds.

I would blame it on Arum, I don't think Manny has it in him to duck any fighter.

                    i'd blame juanma's promoter before manny's tbh.

if gbp don't offer ricky and oscar megafights the biggest moneymaker would be to fight jmm.
