jmm wasnt able to drop pac at 126 and 130 and when he was struggling to make 130. i dont see him doing the same thing to pac.

a very good win for JMM though. probably the biggest in his career.

      Right. 10 years behind.

Marquez's prime was when he fought Norwood, Agapito Sanchez, Kotey...

        pacman afraid?

I doubt of what they are trying to say..or they use this as phsywar for pacquiao so he will be lured to a 3rd fight against jmm?.I believe in JMM that he has the best chance to defeat pacman...but i dont believe pac is afraid of him.JMM will be the farewell fight of pacquiao to prove once and for all that he really beats marquez and he must win convincingly...k o..november 2009 is the date after he beats hatton or sotto in june...period!!

This is bull****, Marquez got hit the whole night by straight left from a old Casamayor, who have lost to Santa Cruz and almost to one dimension fighter like Katsidis . It's a good win, but I wouldn't say impressive because we expected no less than that.

Moving to lightweight, Pacquiao is stronger and Marquez is slower. Pacquiao will KO him at this weight.

ummm...... will someone tell that dumbass that pacquiao's next fights are probably oscar and ricky.

both are golden boy fighters. if they really wanted a rubber match all they have to do is to have oscar and ricky NOT fight manny!

the only reason manny is turning down $5-6 mil. for a jmm fight is because of the $12-15 mil. manny is being offered to fight oscar and ricky.

As if Marquez dominated Casamayor the whole fight.

Marquez did great. He was able to ko a toughie whom no other fighter even beat clearly, but Pac afraid of Marquez?

If Pac beats dela Hoya convincingly (which I think he'll lose by ko, given that dlh is a giant by his standard), then people would be saying Marquez is afraid of Pac.

It would be good to see them fight once more. And Marquez certainly made his case to get another shot at Pac. These are two of the best fighters in the world so if it were made there shouldn't be any complaints.

This is a great accomplishment. Marquez moved up in weight and stopped the lineal champ in the 11th round. It was a great fight Juan tactically broke down Casamayor.
