And Johnson's stock has gone up somewhat since then, with an impressive KO win over the 2004 US Olympian Devin Vargas on ESPN. He was ranked a bit higher after that.

But it was after Haye ducked Kevin after watching some tapes of him, that I began to lose respect for the Gayemaker.

And yeah, Darchinyan ruined Mijares. Whatever. You said Mijares was overrated at the time and he wasn't. Darchinyan was just the better fighter who everyone underestimated.

He did duck Cameron, shane said "Kingpin, i'm gonna smash your face in" and Kingpin went to ground for weeks and wasn't heard from for ages.

kevin johnson might be a safe pick NOT to get ko'd but Johnson is a very good boxer and has the perfect style to offset Haye. Johnson has the boxing style to upset Haye but highly unlikely that happens.

agreed... i wouldnt say highly unlikely but nonetheless its not necessarily a easy fight for Haye, im not mad as his 1st title defense. Plus he just moved up... give em some time to settle

Johnson is very lucky this fight is being offered to him....having some chance of beating Haye is a ****load better than the non-existent one he has of beating Vitali "I Ko everyone I fight" Klitschko.

It's no surprise that a few Haye fans are having a hard time realizing this thread was from last year when Haye ducked Johnson. They are certainly not the brightest group of fanboys around here.
