In all honesty...even entertaining the idea is a complete outrage. Haye has to fight one of the K's if he is offered a reasonable deal, anything else is inexcusable. Outside of them demanding some absurd deal like last time Haye must fight them, 50/50 in a reasonable venue is the best possible scenario and Haye cannot pass that up without looking like a total prick.
