its IS going to be the biggest fight of the year.
extremely important? no. but a ton of people are going to buy it, and its going to get a ton of mainstream attention. thats De La Hoya for ya.
again, why not? I dont see it being a bad fight, and theres no 'must have immediately' fights for either of them.
and its a big fight on its own, who cares if theres titles or anything? if you want to, make believe that its a Mexico Phillipines rivalry, I dont care.
yeah sure it's a big fight, but doesn't that just show how much the sport of boxing has fallen off
a 36 year old DLH can fight the #1 pound for pound fighter and it's the biggest fight of the year. incredibly pathetic, but no way around it, Biggest fight of the Year ... in fact fight of the Decade!
sure it's the biggest, and kudo's for DLH promoting it.

I dont understand. De La Hoya has always made a ton of cash...and hes fighting the p4p #1. that kind of sounds good to me. and arguably De La Hoya is the best at 154, but thats debatable.
so the p4p #1 is fighting a top fighter at 154lbs. whats the problem with that.
De La Hoya is a coward for running away from a fight with Margarito, but thats how he been for a while. its not gonna happen, oh well, lets move on.
